Pricing

From KES 3,500 per user, per month

A starting figure rather than a quote. What a business actually pays depends on how many people use it and which channels it connects, and the honest way to arrive at that is a conversation rather than a checkout page.

What the price includes

  • The shared inbox, and every channel you choose to connect
  • Contacts, companies, custom fields and as many deal pipelines as you need
  • Tickets with SLA clocks, assignment and escalation
  • Campaign templates in English and Kiswahili, with STOP and SITAKI opt-out
  • The website chat widget, which needs nothing from anyone
  • A sandbox provider on every connector, so a channel is demoable before credentials exist

What moves the figure

How many people use it
The figure is per user, so a two-person service desk and a twenty-person one are not the same monthly cost.
Which channels you connect
The website widget is immediate. WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and SMS each need an account, a sender and approvals on the provider's side — work that varies by business.
What has to be migrated
Contacts and companies arrive from wherever they live now. Duplicates are merged on the way in, but a messy export takes longer than a clean one.
Whether an ERP is bridged
Showing the customer's real business-system record beside the conversation needs a read-only key from that system, and one connector per system.

Your WhatsApp number stays yours

The WhatsApp Business Account belongs to the tenant, not to us, and the same goes for your SMS sender and your social accounts. That matters on the day you decide to leave: the numbers your customers know are registered to you, and you keep them.
